She Who Knows Heals was born from a place of deep misalignment.
From separation from myself.
From the quiet grief of realising I had spent so much of my life not fully speaking my truth.
From the ache of knowing there was a part of me I had abandoned long before I even had the language for it.
For much of my life, I moved outward.
Into roles.
Into expectations.
Into survival.
Into performance.
Into over-giving.
Into everything I thought I had to be.
And then, one day, I realised I no longer knew where I was in myself.
I had played small for most of my life. Not always consciously, but deeply. There was a yearning in me that was never soothed. A hollow space. A quiet emptiness I tried to fill with all the things that so often make up our lives as women - caring, carrying, pleasing, achieving, holding everything together.
But beneath it all, something in me was calling me home.
I have come to believe that healing is not about becoming someone entirely new.
Perhaps healing is the gathering of ourselves back in again.
The gathering of the truth we stopped trusting.
The voice we stopped using.
The knowing we learned to silence.
The parts of ourselves we left behind in order to be loved, accepted, safe, or good.
She Who Knows Heals is my living devotional practice—a sacred space born from my own remembering, my own awakening, and my own return.
It is deeply connected to my devotion to the Goddess Hecate, whose dark, fierce, and guiding presence met me at the crossroads of my life. When I called on her for the keys to my own inner understanding, she helped me begin the slow becoming.
She helped me gather the truth I had abandoned. She gave me the strength to reveal the raw, uncensored, and sacred parts of myself I had kept hidden for so long.
The last three years have been a profound process of healing ancestral wounds, trauma, silence, and self-abandonment.
I know what it feels like to disconnect from yourself.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself.
To question everything.
To feel overwhelmed, untethered, and unsure of your place in the world.
And I also know what it takes to return.
My own healing began with learning how to love myself. Not as an idea, not as a performance, but as a daily devotion. It continues through speaking my truth—fully, honestly, and fearlessly.

She Who Knows Heals was born from that journey.
Not from a perfect version of me, but from a truthful one.
It is for the woman standing at her own crossroads.
The woman who knows something in her life no longer fits.
The woman who feels the ache of misalignment but does not yet know what comes next.
The woman who is ready to stop abandoning herself and begin gathering herself home.
This work is an invitation to remember.
To return to your body.
To your voice.
To your truth.
To your inner knowing.
To the wise woman within you who has always been there.
Because the woman who knows herself can begin to heal herself.
And She Who Knows Heals.
